3. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error ( incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be issued via Cash on Delivery refund at the time of pickup or replacement depending on your location and agreement with our support team.

• Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to process after approval.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product, please mention this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Orders
